Unpicking the Details

How do you handle specific fabric types?

We don't just digitize; we engineer. Tell us if you're sewing on Pique, Beanie, or Denim. We adjust the pull compensation and underlay settings specifically for that fabric to ensure no gaps or puckering.

What if I need edits after delivery?

Small edits are always free. Need to change the size slightly? Remove a tagline? Change colors? We do it at no cost. Major resizing (e.g., Left Chest to Full Back) requires re-digitizing and will be charged as a new order.

Do you offer sew-out proofs?

Yes! For every order, we run a virtual simulation. For premium orders, we can run a physical sew-out on our in-house Tajima machines and send you a photo of the actual thread on fabric before sending the file.

What formats do you provide?

We provide the native machine file and the source file. Standard pack includes: .DST, .PES, .EMB, .CND, .EXP, and a PDF worksheet. If you need a specific machine format (like Melco .OFM), just ask!
